My Genny is the app behind Genny. She's not an insurer — your insurance is always directly with the insurer — and when a licensed broker is needed, one steps in under a separate mandate. Genny's whole job is to make insurance actually make sense.

How it works

Genny's AI reads, explains, compares and automates the boring bits. Smart, but not perfect — so review the important details. Need a licensed broker? One steps in under a separate mandate.

Fees & payment

Basic is free. Autopilot & Concierge are paid — prices shown in-app in CHF (VAT included), charged to your payment method. Auto-renews until you cancel.

Who can use it

Anyone 18+ with the go-ahead to sign contracts, using Genny for Swiss insurance.

Your data

Handled under Swiss law and our Privacy Policy — only what's needed to run things. Shared with the intermediary, insurers and service providers where necessary.

Leaving

Drop Basic anytime. Cancel a subscription whenever — it ends at the close of your billing period. Leaving doesn't cancel your actual insurance contract.

The legal bit

Swiss law rules, disputes go to Zurich (unless the law says otherwise), and the German version of the Terms is the official one.
